Welcoming Fall with open arms!! Today the Northern and Southern hemispheres both receive equal light and equal dark. Little dude here is growing up to be quite something. Equal parts himself and equal parts wanting to be like his big brothers, and our boys do it best super hero style.

The boy's weren't being very nice today so we decided to go do some girl things together. Italian sodas, pedicures, and new books. She was in heaven getting her toes done! Definitely something we will continue to do on a regular basis.

Our friends had a Grand re-Opening tonight for their, new to them, book store. They had a face painter for the kids and she did a fantastic job!

We have a whole week of super summer weather waiting for us! He's ready.

250: Official

Last weekend we had our jamboree. This weekend the official games began and they came in with a bang! Everyone is loving it this year. The little dude was so fun to watch this morning. It was his first game ever. The ref blew the whistle, and within 3 seconds he was down the field with a goal under his belt. It happened again right after, and a couple more times later in the game!

Ears are his favorite thing and have been for a while. Especially brothers ears.

This was actually taken yesterday. School is back in and we are all so so happy about that! He ran into 2nd grade today and I think it is going to be a fantastic year for him!

First day of school today. She is headed into the 1st grade!

He's a lean, mean, rough riding cowboy this evening. He had a big day today. First day of a new preschool. It went ok. The best thing that happened? He got his very own folder.

First day of Gymnastics tonight! She's been begging to do it for over a year now. She was lucky enough to be the only girl in class tonight. So her coach worked her hard!

"Every time you hear a bell an angel gets its wings" There's been a lot of angels getting their wings this week.

I stepped on this little gem today. It still feels like someone is stabbing me in the foot.

242: Modification

The Skylander craze has hit our house hard this summer. This morning was spent adding hot glue to the character's. Slobber, swords, and liquid something or another was what was on the menu.

It rained today. She also got pretty wet. I wish I could have gotten a better picture of the little guy. He was in heaven out there.

The Big guy made a map ( with help from dad ) and put together a treasure hunt for his Little brother's birthday present. It was the cutest thing ever.

Jamboree all day today. Both teams did fantastic!

Almost 5! We partied with friends and a couple cousins tonight. It was an A+ in his book.

This was our super cool sunset last night. I took the picture at 8:00. Which means our long days are beginning to leave us :(

Its a toasted coconut pound cake and it's a pretty fantastic.

They are at each others throats these days. So today I made them hug it out. After one took a swing and the other retaliated.

230: Dog & Pony Show

Grandpa's band was playing at the Dog & Pony show today. It was a fundraiser for the humane society. The kids and I went out to check out all the cool cars. This one here was my favorite.

228: 29

29 happened today. I had a super special morning with my man and my SC family. They took us on a food tour. First was blackberry cheesecake. The we headed down town for Pine State, Ice cream, and doughnuts! It was pretty fantastic :)

227: Kicks

Soccer season kicked off today. I'm going to give this one to my little guy here though. It's his first season ever and he is beyond excited. He did so so great. Possibly even better than his big bro and sis! Don't tell them though!

226: Girl Love

We spent the afternoon with my girl, KP, and her munchkins. Swimming and Skylanders was the main course. She brought me a bday present and I couldn't resist opening it this evening. The coffee cup is right up my alley and the sparkly note pad is TDF. I would have loved to show off all the colors but my photog skills made everything look orange.

The Burb was outfitted with new tires today. My SC family, who are in town right now, informed me I was overdue. So did the guys at, America's, when I showed up.

A year ago I asked Ty to build me a new kitchen table. After seeing some cool stuff, and their not so cool prices, at the Street of Dreams, He got the itch to finally make it. This here is the start. I hope it turns out as awesome as we think it will.

221: Hair Chalk

We stumbled upon a hair chalk demo at the fair yesterday. They lady was nice enough to put some in all 3 big kids hair. K did black, M did pink (duh), and L did red. We ended up buying a box and I think it will be a lot of fun to have around!
