180: Getting Ready

Today was a busy one. I took M to a birthday party then headed over to a friends for some pool fun and a BBQ. We left Dad home to do the hard work. He did make it over for a burger around 6. We will be up and running tomorrow :)

We had our tball party tonight. Everyone had a great time! This girl sure does feel at home in the water.

176: Addiction

175: Monkey Monkey

Dad decided last night that we needed monkey bars. So today, he built some. 

174: Creating

We did some creating the other day and have had lots of fun play because of it. The two older ones made explorer boxes and the other little dude made a bird costume. There has been a lot of scavenger hunting going on since. 

173: ABC's of God

Another successful recital performance. The whole show was amazing and the little girls did such a good job!   M was fortunate to be drawn for a free ballet camp this summer. She is pretty excited about it!

They are coming along quite nicely!

171: Survivor

Our lone dwarf hydrangea. She's the only one who survived the flooding of the flower pots this year. Lucky for me she's my favorite. Every year her color is a little different. Last year she was light blue with a little white here and there. This year she's purple.

Today is the first day of summer break for everyone. It doesn't seem to summery around here though.

We got Dad home today. After a week out of town for work, we were more than happy to see him. After dinner we had a little dance party in the play room. She, especially, was having so much fun dancing with Dad.

He thinks he's already too big for the T. He's ready for mom to pitch the ball to him. He's also way too cool for a bat. Only the sword will do.

Today was beautiful. When the kids got out of school we went for a walk along the River. It is Dad's birthday today and we wish he was here to celebrate :)

Today he is 2! How we got lucky enough to be his parents? I don't know. He's pretty amazing. Being number 4 in line I expected him to be easy peasy. Boy was I wrong! He is a little firecracker with a serious side. Loves his siblings, "sticks", sharing ice cream with Dad, pinching ears, and he rounds this family out perfectly.
